Family needs post-mortem for previous Super Eagles mentor
As per a report, Ricky Aburime who is the in-law of Stephen Keshi uncovered that he kicked the bucket in the wake of whining of torments in his legs.
The group recently previous Super Eagles mentor, Stephen Keshi needs post-mortem examination to know the reason for death, Vanguard reports.
Keshi passed on in the early hours of Wednesday, June 9 from reported heart failure. He was at his family house in Edo State when he kicked the bucket. The previous safeguard Pulse Sports learnt was booked to come back to his base in the United States later in the day.
As per the report, Ricky Aburime who is the in-law of the previous skipper of the Super Eagles uncovered that he passed on subsequent to whining of agonies in his legs.
Ricky said Keshi grumbled of agony in his leg which was just kneaded by a nephew of his, Ebuka.
Only a hour after the back rub, Keshi's 'face change' and hinted at despondency. He was then hurried to the clinic after he griped however he was dead before on entry.
Tributes have kept on pouring in for the late mentor who won two African Cup of Nations with Nigeria; one as a player and alternate as mentor.
In an announcement, Vice-President of Nigeria Yemi Osinbajo said the late footballer's rich legacy would keep on living in the hearts of Nigerians.
"His own triumphs and interests as a world-class proficient footballer roused numerous youthful skilled sportsmen and ladies around Africa to take a stab at perfection," part of the announcement read.
"His extraordinary work with our childhood and senior national groups bound together our nation and conveyed happiness to numerous countrymen.
"His deeds inside and outside the nation are a rich legacy which will keep on living on in our souls."
Legislative leader of Edo State Adams Oshiomhole in an announcement marked by his Chief Press Secretary, Peter Okhiria, portrayed the passing of Keshi as an extraordinary misfortune to the country and to Edo State where he was occupant.
The Governor depicted the late Stephen Keshi, affectionately called the 'Enormous Boss', as a pure breed proficient, complete respectable man, a great subject who affected emphatically on his quick surroundings where he carried on with a tranquil life.
"In the interest of the Government and People of Edo State, I join a huge number of Nigerians and different games beaus worldwide to mourn with my sibling, the Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on the sudden passing of this distinguished child of the state," Oshiomhole said.
