Thai authorities have revealed that in the wake of the new disclosure, crisp charges would be recorded against the sanctuary. The Temple clarified the inception of the dead offspring on its Facebook page as it said, "previously, according to Buddhist traditions, [dead] tiger whelps were cremated. In 2010, the ex-vet of Tiger Temple transformed this approach. Rather than cremation, the expired offspring were protected in containers or kept solidified."
